Return, exchange, and cancellation policy
The customer has the right to return or exchange within the seven days following the date of receiving the product provided that the product has not been used, and the customer bears the costs incurred for that.
The customer has the right to request compensation or replacement if the product arrives damaged or harmed as a result of the delivery process or if the wrong product arrives, provided that the objection is made within the first 7 days from the date of receiving the product.

Method of return

2. We will provide you with the full address of Naa Store to resend the products to us.
3. After verifying that the products have arrived in good condition, the product will be replaced or the amount will be refunded to your account within a maximum of 10 working days.
